| Winners
of the 2004 Monoosnoc Brook Winterfest Art Contest posed after
receiving their awards at a ceremony in the atrium of Searstown
Mall on Sunday, February 1st. City of Leominster representative,
James Lanciani, and school representative, Gina Wironen, helped
with the awards presentation. |

Several
high school students volunteered their Sunday afternoon to do
free face painting. Being SuperBowl Sunday, the Patriot's logo
and "Go Pats" were popular requests. |

| Paula Packard,
one of the Monoosnoc Brook Greenway Project coordinators, talks
to kids about the various animals she had on display. The animals
had all been hit by cars. Paula brings them into classrooms
so students can get an up close look at animals they may not
normally get to see. Some of her critters include a beaver,
mink, long-tailed weasels, fisher and a muskrat. |

All-City jazz band, under the directorship of Mr. Landry, performed
at the annual Monoosnoc Brook Winterfest. |
