About Us and Our Programs
The Monoosnoc Greenway Project is a special project of the Nashua
River Watershed Association, and is funded in part by the
NRWA, community and corporate support.
The mission of the Brook Project is to provide education and stewardship
for the Monoosnoc Brook through public and school programs
throughout the year in the city of Leominster. Watch our Calendar
of Events page for upcoming public programs.
Our biggest events
each year are the annual Environmental Art and Music Expo (formerly
Winterfest) at Fall Brook School, and our Brook Clean-Up held
each August in downtown Leominster. If you’re looking for ways to get
involved with the Brook project, we’re always looking for Clean-Up
volunteers – what better way to see the positive impact you can have
on your environment than witnessing the change in the Brook following a
Clean-Up!
